Kate trained at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Her work includes two years in the UK and USA with The D’Oyly Carte Opera Company; a West End and World tour of Les Liasons Dangereuses(RSC), and extensive work at The National Theatre including Animal Farm; Death of a Salesman; Coriolanus; The London Cuckolds; The Cripple of Inishmaan; A Little Night Music; Jaques Brell is Alive and Well, and two four handlers written and directed by Alan Ayckbourne in the W End with Blood Brothers, My Fair Lady,and Les Miserables.
Kate’s other work includes The Importance of Being Ernest; New World Order; You Can’t Hand Them Back; The House of Bernarda Alba, and Madhouse in Goa.
Kate also teaches drama, runs workshops adjudicates, and has worked in a number of prisons in the UK. Her television credits include The Bill and Casualty plus extensive work for children with CCBS.
